Jeder unserer Politiker, der sich für die Atlantik Brücke einsetzen und uns Amerika als unverzichtbaren Partner aufdrücken wollen, sollte dies als Pflichtprogramm bekommen. Wohl gemerkt: das ist keine russische Propaganda, sondern ausschließlich Dokumentarmaterial aus amerikanischen Mainstream-Medien!(am)

Ich warne Sie im Voraus   – die folgenden Videos sind schwer anzusehen. Es wird davon abgeraten, während des Anschauens zu essen. Sie wollen einen Eindruck davon bekommen, wie verkorkst die Dinge in den Vereinigten Staaten sind? Als ich eines der Videos auf YouTube aufrief, wurde mir eine Werbung für NetJets gezeigt. Stellen Sie sich das vor. Ich sehe gleich ein Video mit Drogenabhängigen und psychisch kranken Obdachlosen, und der Algorithmus zeigt mir einen Dienst, der sich an die oberen 1 % der wohlhabenden Amerikaner wendet. Und glauben Sie mir, ich bin nicht wohlhabend. Diese Gegenüberstellung einer groß angelegten Werbung mit einem Video über massives menschliches Leid ist bezeichnend dafür, was aus den Vereinigten Staaten geworden ist.

Die Zahl der Obdachlosen in unseren "fruchtbaren Ebenen" ist enorm. Allein in Los Angeles hat das Büro des Bürgermeisters mehr als 46.000 gezählt. Das entspricht in etwa der Größe der 12 ukrainischen Brigaden, die im Juni die unglückselige Gegenoffensive gestartet haben.

Vor dreißig Jahren war Obdachlosigkeit nicht üblich. Ja, es gab sie, aber nicht in dem epidemischen Ausmaß, das wir heute sehen. Ich glaube, das ist eine menschliche Zeitbombe, die darauf wartet zu explodieren. Amerika zerstört sich selbst, indem es Billionen von Dollar nach Übersee schickt, um nicht enden wollende Militäroperationen (Euphemismus für "Kriege") zu finanzieren, während sich die Amerikaner, die drogenabhängig sind oder mit psychischen Krankheiten kämpfen, häufen. Noch sind sie keine Leichen, aber die Menschen auf diesen Straßen bewegen sich in diese Richtung. Das Wall Street Journal berichtete vor ein paar Monaten, dass die Zahl der Obdachlosen steigt.

Ich denke, die Vereinigten Staaten haben das Recht verloren, andere Länder über Menschenrechtsverletzungen zu belehren. Die Amerikaner müssen in den verdammten Spiegel schauen. Wir leben in einem heruntergekommenen Glashaus und werfen mit Steinen (und Raketen) auf andere Länder.

Mich interessiert besonders, was meine Leser, die außerhalb der Vereinigten Staaten leben, darüber denken. Der amerikanische "Traum" zieht immer noch Millionen von illegalen Einwanderern an. Ich vermute, dass sie jetzt zu der Erkenntnis kommen, dass Amerika zu einer Mad-Max-Höllenlandschaft wird. Ich bezweifle, dass die Militärplaner im Pentagon darüber nachdenken, was mit den Lieferketten passieren würde, die diese Großstädte am Leben erhalten, wenn wir in einen Krieg mit China oder Russland ziehen. Der vollständige Zusammenbruch von Recht und Ordnung ist ein Alptraumszenario, das nicht weit hergeholt ist.

Der Winter steht vor der Tür. Während Washington damit beschäftigt ist, sich Gedanken darüber zu machen, wie man der Ukraine mehr Geld zukommen lassen kann, spielen Amerikas politische Führer Nero nach, während Rom brennt. Doch statt einer Stadt, die in metaphorischen Flammen steht, sind es Dutzende.

Das Einzige, woran ich noch glaube, ist der aufrichtige Glaube, dass die meisten Amerikaner noch an Gott glauben oder zumindest einen gewissen Glauben und ein Gefühl dafür haben, was falsch und richtig ist. Ich gehe auch davon aus, dass die meisten Amerikaner immer noch daran glauben, andere mit Demut und Respekt zu behandeln, wie sie es bei meinen Besuchen im Land immer getan haben.

Ich frage mich jedoch, ob viele Amerikaner auch selbst gebrochen sind. Ja, es gibt viele mutige Menschen, die sich zu dem äußern, was vor sich geht, aber es gibt keine Massenaktionen und viel zu viele Zombies, die von den Regime-Medien indoktriniert worden sind.       No comparison. The Chinese aren’t infected with “individualism”, and as a civilisational society with a Confucious conscience they knew how to pull together.
      The USA is doomed. The cancer has metastasized too such an extent it can’t be cut out. The patient will die horribly.
      Due to the homelessness, no free health care for all, sub-standard housing, low wages, slums, and other societal indicators it has for many decades been a 3rd world shithole masquerading as a first world nation, and now the mask is off.
      If one lives there, GTFO now if possible.

        I expected it to be bad in America, But not that bad.
        I can’t find words to describe my disgust for such human suffering.
        How can humans even survive in such filth?

        As comparison:
        I visited a major city in Sweden this summer. The city is known in Nordic countries as being the one hit the most by migrants and homeless people, but it’s nothing compared to what you have just shown.
        In this Swedish City foreign pregnant women are strolling in clean and flashy Burkas within large exclusive malls with their 4 children, while their men are sitting in the nearby café´s dressed in designer clothes and leather shoes, doing shady business on the latest vers. I-Phone. And their youngsters are riding Joy ride in BMW´s through the City Street trying to pick up young Swedish girls, and rape crimes have exploded.
        However almost every adult Swede is working their butt off, in order to pay the taxes used for the social benefits, these economic migrants enjoy.

        But America, you have a humanitarian catastrophe on your hands.
        All of these migrants in America would be better off by staying where they came from.
        But they are lied to about the land of Honey, and they are paid by organizations like the Soros foundations and the US administration to travel from all over the world to finally end up in such human suffering.
        Their homeland would be better off if America didn’t invade and destroy their living conditions at home.

        And America would be better off deploying its soldiers in America, to guard its borders, and start to clean up this humanitarian Catastrophe. US troops are able to perform health and food services, and build camps for an immediate relief of suffering. Then export people back home who has illegally entered the US, police the streets to stop the narco trade and plunder, clean up the streets from unhealthy garbage germs and diseases, repair infrastructure, and so on.

        If there ever was a Nationen needed to be invaded by US troops to end a Humanitarian catastrophe it is America.
        Yankee GO HOME, you are much more needed at home than anywhere ells around the globe.

      How did Mao stop opium?
      Under Mao. The Mao Zedong government is generally credited with eradicating both consumption and production of opium during the 1950s using unrestrained repression and social reform. Ten million addicts were forced into compulsory treatment, dealers were executed, and opium-producing regions were planted with new crops …
      That worked brilliantly but America will/has spent trillions on overseas wars and building military bases you see for a start those bases need to be built in Area 51 type places with that sort of security so no drugs can get in then make them all go cold turkey and then you might have a chance to say now Everything will be fine in a few years.

        Did I say it would be easy? The whole of America will have to go through a lot in the process of “breaking”. This is a daily job. Work on bugs in all areas. From education and Hollywood to possibly changing the Constitution. But you have to pay for everything. Ok?

        I would like you to remember who organized the “opium wars” with the Chinese. Perhaps good patterns last a long time?

          Do you have any notion of what really happened in China or Bolshevik Russia or even during the Yeltsin Years in Russian Federation ?

          Are you so doped as an American you imagine there will be a United States at all ? Why not simply a break up into different fiefdoms as in so many countries with local warlords ?

            I’m Russian. I have complete information based on my personal experience of what happened in Russia during Gorbachev, Yeltsin and early Putin. It was hell, but we managed).       Every society can susceptible to undergo a period of tumult and dysfunctionality. In the past we did it too, so did Britain, France, and many others.

      However, the scourge of drug epidemic did not play a role as we see today in America. Also, many of these nations were still nascent and had time to straighten themselves up.

      What we have today in America is a once powerful country, with a crumbling infrastructure, rapid de-industrialization and a moral degradation that’s taken hold of “all” spheres of our society.

      No going back from this… pick up pop corn and drink and watch as America ceases to exist in front of your very eyes!

    Larry, I have many friends in SE Asia who are in their 70s now and went to university in USA. Their common comment is “America is not what it used to be”. Bearing in mind they watch and read western media, their conclusion on the conflict in Ukraine was and still is, “Russia is right on this one”.

    LA looks like Las Vegas compared to the other cities. I guess Americans are better off if they live where no one wants to. When you take the Greyhound to Portland, they drop you off next to the river in a homeless encampment these days. It’s right next to the parking garage. The terminal is closed do you are on your own.
    Life has changed toward the strange. Entropy is making it all dissolve before our eyes.

    I was born in 66′ in California no less never saw a homeless person until I moved to Sacramento for my first job after college for California air resources board. Now? seemingly on every street corner. Small and large cities alike. The elites took Wall Streets “greed is good” a little too seriously me thinks.

    It seems very sad but it also seems like this won’t go away until the wheels fall right off the cart. For now I’m consoling myself that I live very far from those large population centres. That said, if it turns into a chaos scenario, it will be very rough waters to paddle in. It won’t be a fun adventure like summer camp or anything. It will be more like The Road.

    My father spent 5 years as a foreign student in America between 1945 and 1950. He always spoke glowingly about the generosity of Americans and their sense of fair play. By the time he died a few years back in his nineties, he would refer to Americans as the biggest bastards in the world.

    When I read Larry’s piece above, about the immense wealth of the oligarchs and the plutocracy juxtaposed with poverty and homelessness, my thought was this was only something the guillotine can fix.

    American elites made a fundamental mistake   – they declared war on truth. But, truth will always out. Just ask the Soviets and how they tried to persuade their population that burning books to stay warm in winter in your apartment shared with 3 other families is way better than what the “decadent West” had.

    These videos are extremely disturbing. To me, they resemble what the biblical hell could be like. Except of course these aren’t evil people, just mostly lost, disturbed and very damaged souls.

    Hell   – Satan’s palace   – is Washington DC.

    These videos confirm that the most disadvantaged Americans   – those most at risk   – are being not just neglected, but exploited by very evil people. Sacrificed, actually, if you consider that the same evil people are likely profiting in some way from their suffering.

    It’s evil, and despicable.

    I remember an America where this would never have been tolerated.

    As someone who lives overseas, what I can say is that more and more people are openly asking ‘what has happened to America?’. It’s not a hidden conversation anymore, either. Many, many of us are looking on with horror and sadness, and we talk about it with family and friends.

    There’s a common agreement that something has gone horribly, horribly wrong. And that it is infecting our society as well.

    Despite its faults and my profound disagreement with its ‘exporting democracy’ projects , I used to be a supporter of America and The Republic. This was based on the amazing and unique US Constitution and as a lawyer, I used to consider the US legal system as upholding the rule of law, as best it could.

    That seems to be gone now. Putting aside the credible evidence of rigged elections, the corruption is mind blowing & rampant, the rule of law is destroyed and the US Constitution has been trashed. It all seems to have been seriously degraded, if not destroyed. America seems like a place I no longer recognise.

    We have 2 children in high school. Sadly, we try to protect them from American influence these days. We don’t want them exposed to America’s woke, dumb, junk philosophies. Neither of us would even consider sending them to the USA on a student exchange, or advising them to go to an American University. That would have been very different only 20 years ago.

    We also advise them against travelling to the US and have no interest at all in travelling there ourselves, right now. This saddens me because I’ve travelled to the US many times and enjoyed it, too.

    Believe me we are not alone.

    The only thing I still have faith in is the genuine belief that most Americans still believe in God, or at least have some faith and a sense of what’s wrong and right. I also assume that most Americans still believe in treating others with humility and respect, as they always did to me when I visited the country.

    However, I do wonder if many Americans themselves have also been broken. Yes there are many brave people speaking out about what’s going on, but there’s no mass action & far too many zombies who have been indoctrinated by regime media. They may not be wiped out by drugs like the humans in the videos you posted, but they are wiped out   – defeated.

    I don’t know what the solution is, but I pray that there is one. Thank you for allowing me to speak plainly on these issues. I suspect that I am not alone.
